Fertility Friday – Myth # 2
Myth #2: Fertility issues only affect women
This is a myth!
In fact, male fertility issues account for 40% of infertility cases.
Male fertility issues can stem from issues with sperm, hormonal problems, health issues like past infections, obstructions in the testes, genetic conditions, functional problems and lifestyle choices.
Of course, similar to women, there are also unexplained reasons causing male fertility.
The first step in addressing any fertility issues is diagnosis. This will lead to a treatment plan.
Part of your treatment plan may include changes to diet, lifestyle – for example stress reduction and reduced chemical exposure, acupuncture and supplementation.
Our practitioners see both males and females to help address any fertility issues.
