Toxins & Your Hormones – Endotoxins

Many things in your household can be harmful to you and your hormones.

Today we are talking about endotoxins or mould, which can have a toxic effect on human health and can factor in fertility issues.


Endotoxins are widely present in our environment- one of the most well known one is mold.

The primary sources include airborne endotoxins from water damaged buildings, dust, animal waste this can lead to inflammation in the respiratory tract.

These chemicals may enter the body through the skin or inhalation this may have serious adverse health consequences such as shortness of breath, lung conditions, headaches, fatigue, nausea, impaired memory, skin reactions, dermatitis, irritation to the nose, eyes and throat.

Many chemicals in fragrances, cleaning products and endotoxins may disrupt the endocrine system and have an impact on our bodies hormone functioning. As their chemical composition is structurally similar, they may have an affinity for the receptor site.

Eliminating these toxins with a few simple tricks may help decrease the toxic load and give your body a rest.
